My name is Kaliana, and I want to thank you for “Love and Life Wellness.” Let me start by saying that Ms. Walettra’s establishment was gorgeous, warm, and welcoming inside. It smelled fresh and clean, and the colors in her med spa suite made me feel comfortable. She was pleasant to talk to and comforting because I was nervous about getting my first treatment. I was embarrassed about my stomach, and she spoke calmly, making me feel like I had known her for years. Now, I received the “stretch mark removal with microneedling.” I will tell you one thing: even though I was embarrassed about my stomach, I was excited to get these stretch marks removed. Ms. Walettra walked me through every step very carefully. She made sure that I completely understood everything that she was doing step by step because I’m a person who likes to ask 21 questions. I loved the customer service treatment when she talked to me because I know it can be a lot for a person when you’re asking questions, but she was so compassionate about what she does and understood me, making my session a breeze. So, she took my blood, and I didn’t get poked a thousand times; she got my vein the first time. When it was time for her to do my stomach, I explained to her that I’m not good with pain, so before we got started, she numbed the area efficiently, and I loved that. Next, it was time for the microneedling to start. She ensured she put it in a good setting for me; to my surprise, it wasn’t painful and tickled. Now, I was so comfortable I fell asleep, and when I woke up, I was all done. When I got up to look in the mirror, I could see a slight change and feel the tightness of my stomach. I’m glad I picked her establishment. I had such a great experience, and I call her my “fairy godmother” because she made me feel so beautiful. So, thank you again; I will be a “forever” client. My experience with Love & Life Wellness was truly a blessing! I have been struggling with melasma for the last 2 1/2 years and it has been very difficult for me. I had the privilege to try micro needling for the first time. I had some swelling around my eyes, but after two days it went down. I look forward to my next treatment in six weeks.
